Love Ski FAQs
Do you ship your ski products internationally?
We do indeed! Love Ski Clothes ships worldwide via Royal Mail. You can read about international delivery & returns here.
How do I track my order?
Depending on where you’re based, there will be a different way of tracking your order once it’s been dispatched to you.
For UK residents: We deliver via Royal Mail tracked in the UK, so once your order has been confirmed you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to check the status of your order.
For EU residents: Royal Mail is our courier for EU deliveries as well, so follow the process as above (it may differ slightly due to the customs clearance procedure).
For international residents: The same process as EU delivery, subject to your local import regulations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This will also depend on where you’re based. In the UK we offer a variety of delivery options, from 48-hour delivery to next-day delivery on orders placed before 3 pm.
In the EU and internationally, the delivery timescale will vary based on where in the world you are and will be subject to your local customs clearance, so a broad estimate is difficult to make. You can contact us to find out more and we’ll do our best to give you a reliable timeframe based on your location.
What is Love Ski’s returns policy?
We offer returns on orders in line with our returns policy, which differs slightly depending on where in the world you are. Read up about returns from your location here:
Is your ski clothing waterproof?
This will depend on the type of ski clothing you’re looking at. Most ski outer layers tend to be at least water-resistant if not outright waterproof – which many of them are. Base layers and mid-layers vary, but many of them are more focused on adding warmth rather than water resistance – so double check on each product description if you’re unsure.
How do I clean ski clothes?
Most ski outer layers like jackets and trousers can be washed in the machine on a synthetic cycle at 30ºC. If your skiwear contains down, a helpful tip is to add a couple of tennis balls to the machine and ensure the garment has been drained of soapy residue before drying.
For knitwear, a handwash is best, while many synthetic mid-layers are entirely washing machine safe. Be sure to double-check on the product label if you’re ever unsure.
How frequently do you get new product drops?
The bulk of our drops are seasonal, as we carry premium skiwear from many of the most popular brands. Occasionally, we’ll get off-season drops when they become available – you can always get in touch with us, and we might be able to drop you a hint on upcoming releases!
Do you sell men’s ski clothing?
To ensure we can offer the best shopping experience for our buyers, we only sell women’s ski wear. This allows us to find the latest and greatest apparel and provide a specialised experience for our customers.
Which ski jacket is right for me?
This is the fun part – choosing your jacket! Modern ski jackets are incredibly versatile, designed for fashion and function in equal measure. They also cater to a wide variety of tastes, so finding the right one is often a case of picking something that suits your style.
You’ll also want to pay attention to the protection the jacket offers; depending on the conditions you’ll be skiing in, the most appropriate jacket for the job may differ.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like any advice on picking out the perfect jacket.
How do I know what size to buy?
All our products have size advice to inform you on the exact fit you can expect from each individual item.
As stated on our sizing page, we’re more than happy to take full measurements of items if you’re unsure before you buy – just get in touch to let us know what product you’d like precise sizing information for.
